Madonna Badger
Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Badger & Winters
Dubbed the Lioness Who Roared, 30-year advertising veteran and founder of #WomenNotObjects Madonna Badger is Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Badger & Winters.
A small but mighty agency, Badger & Winters works with a roster of influential clients: P&G, OLAY, HP, Zales Jewelers and Dick’s Sporting Goods, among others. After a pivotal announcement that the agency would no longer create work that objectifies women, Badger & Winters took home Advertising Age’s coveted Small Agency of the Year award in 2016.
Prior to founding Badger & Winters at the age of 29, Madonna began her career at Esquire and Madame Figaro in Paris, before launching the first issue of Allure. In 1990, she joined Calvin Klein and her work on the Mark Wahlberg and Kate Moss campaigns for the launch of CK One helped reinvent the company.
Madonna previously served as the President of the Glass Lions jury and currently chairs the “See It Be It” mentorship initiative, a program devoted to advancing the future of female creative directors in the industry. Through the UN’s Department of Public Information, she was also the recipient of the first annual Media for Social Impact SDG 5, Gender Equality Award for her work to strive for gender equality in the media and advertising world.
Recently, AdWeek named Madonna a Disruptor for spearheading revolution in the advertising industry and the 4A’s recognized her as one of the 100 People Who Make Advertising Great.

Sarah has over 16 years of experience developing ingredient technologies for beauty and personal care companies. Having worked for a variety of companies over her career, Sarah has gained an in-depth understanding of the industry and draws upon not only her work experience but also degrees in Biology, Biochemistry, and Evolutionary Biology.

Randi Liodice
President and Chief Strategy Officer, Kaplow Communications
Randi has established herself as a leading counselor for today’s top communications and marketing executives. In her two-decade career, she has served as an advisor to senior level talent across consumer, finance and technology industries, helping to craft and deliver ownable and impactful narrative strategies.
At Kaplow, Randi has developed several proprietary products aimed at strengthening relationships between brands and their most valuable audiences. These include the agency’s exclusive Digital Emotional Quotient™ (DEQ™) methodology and report, and Kaplow’s ONE Strategy Sessions, a unique approach to unification among internal teams that inspires consensus and strengthens branding and messaging across organizations.
In addition to working with blue-chip clients such as CVS, L’Oreal, Target, Dermstore, Fidelity and others, she mentors staff throughout the agency on topics such as integrated strategy, presentation skills, digital communications, measurement and analytics, and more.
Prior to Kaplow, Randi served in management roles in the editorial and product space at IAC Applications, using her public relations expertise to help the brand’s growing web properties and attract new users. She also created the first social pages for many of the business’s most successful sites. She honed her communications skills working with some of the world’s most innovative companies, including Dove and The Campaign for Real Beauty, Proctor & Gamble, Weight Watchers, Ford Motor Company and a host of others.
Randi is a sought-after speaker at conferences and corporate events and a proud founding member of Chief, a private network of today’s leading female executives. She also serves as a board member of The Girl Scouts of Greater New York. Randi is an honors graduate of The University of Rochester and has studied voice at The Eastman School of Music. She resides in Westchester County, NY, with her husband Chris, and sons Dylan and Tyler.

Joon Park
Cultural Strategist
Joon (they/them) is a cultural strategist at sparks & honey, where they consult tech, beauty, and F&B clients on how to futureproof their business. They are one of the founding members of GLAAD’s Campus Ambassador program and is a recipient of GLAAD’s first Rising Stars Grant, which annually honors LGBTQ+ changemakers across the nation. Since then, they’ve been featured in publications like Seventeen, Teen Vogue, and the Huffington Post, where they continue to bring visibility to the next generation of leaders. Joon is an alum of the ADCOLOR FUTURES program and is the first transgender non-binary Mx. ADCOLOR. They have spoken on stages like Cannes and ADCOLOR about topics like precision data, ethical design, and workplace diversity.
